If something isn’t as expected, our return process is simple and discreet.
⎯ General Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, but only if the return is requested directly via our support channel:

To be eligible, items must be:

In original condition

Unworn and unwashed

Free from signs of use, perfume, or damage

Returned in original packaging with tags intact
Any item that shows evidence of wear or handling will not be accepted.
⎯ Faulty Items or Incorrect Size
If your order arrives with:

A manufacturing defect

An incorrect size (different from what was selected)

Or any other fulfillment error
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will assist promptly and cover return shipping in these cases.
⎯ Manufacturing Warranty (30 Days)
We also offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to report manufacturing defects that may not be immediately visible.
To activate this support, email us with clear photos and your order number.
If validated, we will proceed with the return or exchange accordingly.
⎯ Refunds
Once the returned item is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
You’ll receive an email notification when the refund is processed.

Yes. We accept returns within 7days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition, with tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
Returns that don’t meet these criteria may be refused.
Report defects (warranty): within 30 days.
Report shipping/fulfillment errors: within 3 days of delivery.

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We’ll respond with instructions within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
Yes — customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Lusven is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
You’ll be notified by email when the refund is processed.
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you wish to change size or color, we recommend:
- Requesting a return for the original item
- Placing a new order with the updated selection
This ensures availability and faster processing.

Attach photos and describe the issue. We will prioritize a resolution — either refund or replacement — at no cost to you.
No. For hygiene, brand integrity and quality control, we do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable at checkout are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective.
