At Lusven, we design with precision — and stand behind each piece.
If something isn’t as expected, our return process is simple and discreet.


⎯ General Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, but only if the return is requested directly via our support channel:
support@lusven.com

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free from signs of use, perfume, or damage

  • Returned in original packaging with tags intact

Any item that shows evidence of wear or handling will not be accepted.


⎯ Faulty Items or Incorrect Size

If your order arrives with:

  • A manufacturing defect

  • An incorrect size (different from what was selected)

  • Or any other fulfillment error

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will assist promptly and cover return shipping in these cases.


⎯ Manufacturing Warranty (30 Days)

We also offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to report manufacturing defects that may not be immediately visible.

To activate this support, email us with clear photos and your order number.
If validated, we will proceed with the return or exchange accordingly.


⎯ Refunds

Once the returned item is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

You’ll receive an email notification when the refund is processed.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • Refunds are not issued for worn or damaged items


⎯ Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you need a different product, we recommend:

  1. Requesting a return for the original item

  2. Placing a new order for the correct one
