1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Regions

Currently, we ship to:

  • Ireland

  • European Union countries

Shipping to additional regions may be added in the future.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Ireland: 4–10 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 6–12 business days

Delivery times may vary based on customs processing and local courier efficiency.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping is free on all orders.

  • No minimum purchase is required.

This applies to all eligible regions mentioned above.


5. Tracking

All orders are shipped with international tracking.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once the package leaves our facility.


6. Delays or Issues

Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or postal disruptions.
While rare, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control once the package is with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrectly submitted addresses.


8. Customs & Duties

For orders shipped within the European Union, no additional duties or taxes apply.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties or customs fees imposed by their country (if applicable).

9. Fulfillment & Logistics

To ensure efficient delivery across Europe, some of our products are fulfilled directly from our logistics partners — under Lusven’s supervision and quality control.

This model allows us to operate with a streamlined inventory and respond with precision to demand, while maintaining our signature standards.
